Dump Ranch

So I have been on a whole 30 journey. Now this weekend has been junked as I am at the church helping with the mini camp for the youth. But one of the things that has seriously helped me is the Dump Ranch. If you are wondering what that is let me just break down the recipe:

  • 1 egg at room temp
  • 1 cup of avocado oil or light tasting olive oil
  • 1/2 cup of coconut milk
  • 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3/4 tsp onion powder
  • 3/4 tsp garlic powder
  • fresh herbs of your choice (I use fresh dill)

Blend all ingredients together and store in the fridge for up to one week.

Now, it doesn’t last that long in my house. Maybe 3 days. And a little tip for you. If you want to get your egg to room temp quick, but it in some hot water for just a few minutes.

Then, I started thinking. I want something Mexicanish. And I love the Cilantro Lime flavor. So I started thinking, what can I do? Well, here is what I did.

  • 1 egg at room temp
  • 1 cup of avocado oil or light tasking olive oil
  • 1/2 cup of coconut milk
  • 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3/4 tsp onion powder
  • 3/4 tsp garlic powder
  • fresh cilantro
  • 2 adobo peppers (mild)
  • 2 tsp of the juice

blend and store in the fridge for up to a week

And there you have it. 2 super simple quick and easy dressing recipes that can double as your fat. Now go make them and tell me how good they are.
